Shipping Policy

FOR ALL PRODUCTS: 

Within the Continental US, we offer fast shipping on all MedCline orders through UPS Ground and other major carriers. Depending on which state you are shipping your new MedCline to, it will be sent from one of our three fulfillment centers. The map shows the estimated number of business days it will take your MedCline to arrive once it has shipped under normal circumstances. MedCline cannot guarantee these transit times.

All customers will receive tracking information via email when orders ship. Please allow 24 hours (may take longer during the holidays) for UPS to update delivery information once tracking number is received.  

We cannot ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical address at checkout.

For Hawaii and Alaska, we are able to offer discounted shipping rates, which will be added to your order during checkout.
