For those feeling the lingering effects of an old sports injury to those suffering with chronic shoulder pain at night, the MedCline LP Shoulder Relief System allows you to once again sleep comfortably on your side. The components of the Shoulder Relief System, which includes the Shoulder Relief Wedge and Therapeutic Body Pillow, work together to prop you up just high enough to take the pressure off your downside arm and shoulder. The patented arm pocket of the Shoulder Relief Wedge can be used on either your right or left side. The stuffing of the Therapeutic Body Pillow can be adjusted, so you can find what’s most comfortable for you.
Acting as your own personal mattress topper, the MedCline LP System is simply placed on top of your mattress. At 45” long, the System creates a gradual 5-8 degree angle (6” tall) and measures in at 28” wide to allow you to turn over easily throughout the night. The MedCline LP Shoulder Relief System takes up ½ of a queen-sized bed.
Customers have found the MedCline LP Shoulder Relief System to be helpful for:
- Rotator cuff injuries
- Post-surgical recovery
- Arthritis / bursitis
- Nerve impingement
- General shoulder pain
Those suffering with nighttime acid reflux (GERD) or laryngopharyngeal reflux (LPR)/silent reflux are encouraged to purchase the MedCline Reflux Relief System (instead of the MedCline LP Shoulder Relief System) as a higher level of elevation (15-20 degrees) is needed to relieve nocturnal GERD symptoms.

Key features of the MedCline LP System include:
Gradual incline. The length of MedCline LP System allows for a gradual increase in elevation so that you don’t feel as if you are sleeping at an angle. MedCline LP props you up just high enough to take the pressure off your downside shoulder and arm. The dimensions of MedCline LP are 45”x28”x6”. The full-length body pillow can be pulled between your knees for added lower back support.
Symmetrical design. The patented arm pocket at the top of MedCline Shoulder Relief Wedge is symmetrical so that you can sleep on your right or left side. The small insert pillow within the arm pocket is filled with shredded memory foam and can be adjusted to your comfort. The Therapeutic Body Pillow can be used with the long limb in front of you or behind you, depending on what you find to be more comfortable.
Flexible arm positions. The flexible design of MedCline LP allows you to position your arm however you normally would, either out straight onto the bed surface or tucked up under the body pillow.
Medical-grade materials for quality, support, and longevity. Most bed wedges are just a singular foam type cut into a triangle. The MedCline LP wedge is constructed with multiple types of medical-grade foam, strategically placed and layered for maximum support and product longevity. The top layer is memory foam for added comfort.
Plush removable and washable cases. All components of the MedCline LP System come with removable and washable cases installed. Additional cases are available for purchase.
Relief Guarantee. Adjusting to a new sleep position can take some time. It can take new users up to 30 nights to adjust as the foam breaks in and you make the adjustment to sleeping a new way. We can assure you the relief will come, if you stick with it! As part of our return policy, we require that you try MedCline for at least 30 nights. If after 30-night trial period, MedCline is not providing you relief at night, you are able to return it for the purchase price, minus a 10% recycling fee.

MedCline Product Reviews
MedCline’s system has been great for my specific shoulder, and neck needs. The customer service is prompt, and helpful. I recommend this company for anyone who wants a high quality system from a top-notch company!
You cannot go wrong
I purchased this for shoulder issues (TOS) and it helps a ton. You cannot go wrong with this wedge
Now I sleep like a baby for 7-8 hours a night.
After I had shoulder surgery, I initially slept in a recliner, at least until I was able to get out of the sling. I lay in bed tossing and turning for a couple of weeks not getting much sleep. I just couldn’t get comfortable. I tried my wife’s wedge and with it pushed down and adding a couple of pillows for support It seemed to help but the pillows moved during the night and I was uncomfortable again. I saw this ad on FB about this weird looking pillow. I thought about it for a few days and thought, “If it helps, what the hell” I ordered in March of last year. Now I sleep like a baby for 7-8 hours a night.
Thank you MedCline....
Due a recent rotator cuff tear surgery, the MedCline is far better then any pillow I’ve used in a lifetime. I swear by it and since prescribed it provides comfort relieving shoulder pain, stiffness and inflammation at night. I am now able to rest so much better now. Thank you MedCline….
It's been worth every penny and more!
I love this product and cannot sleep without it!
I am post disc replacement surgery on my neck, and both of my shoulders have arthritis and rotator issues.
I was skeptical because of the price and the fact insurance wouldn’t cover it, but I was in so much pain, I bought one.
It took me about 7 days to get used to the slight incline. Since then, I can’t live without it.
I wasn’t sleeping at all from the pain and pressure on my shoulders. This fixed all of that. I’m actually taking it with me on travel because I know I won’t be able to sleep without it.
I know there’s doubters and it’s not cheap, but I’m a real person in an incredibly active profession and this really worked for me.
It’s been worth every penny and more!
*the body pillow was too bulky for me, I use my own pillow with the wedge and wedge pillow.
Permanent fixture in my bed!
Had a tore rotator cuff and couldn’t sleep. This thing put me on the path to healing. Mostly healed now, but it’s a better way of sleeping. Permanent fixture in my bed!
I bought one to help relieve shoulder pain – WORKS GREAT! Highly recommend this for side sleepers with shoulder pain
I couldn't believe how much it makes a different in my sleep.
I got this issued by the VA after shoulder surgery and man this thing is amazing. I couldn’t believe how much it makes a different in my sleep.
Able to stay in a position longer
I have shoulder issues from injury, I am also a side, back, side, about every hour, I am moving. This has made side sleeping much more comfortable. I have also been able to stay in a position longer now I only flip/ turn 4 times a night. Yes, if you are a back sleeper you will slide down. I have had mine for just over a year. It does get in the way when you want to be near you partner.
My best pillow so far. I would definitely recommend.
Now I can’t sleep without it.
After spending hundreds of dollars on rehab and getting no relief for my shoulder pain I bought the wedge just about a year ago. After just a few nights the pain was gone and has not returned. And yes, you can still turn over! Now I can’t sleep without it.
Took a few nights to get used to it, but so glad I tried it!
Not only did your LP Shoulder relief model allow me to sleep on my bad shoulder again, but it also helped my back problems! I find it easy to switch sides or sleep on my back and rotate between those positions which is what I like to do. Took a few nights to get used to it, but so glad I tried it!
