60-Night Guarantee & Return Process
MedCline Reflux Relief System & MedCline Advanced Positioning Wedge
We want to make sure that you have ample time to determine whether MedCline is going to work for you so we offer a 60-Night Guarantee.
We have found that it is completely normal to take up to a week to adjust to the new sleeping position. If during this time, you have any questions or concerns, please give us a call at 800-610-1607 as we are often able to troubleshoot usage and positioning issues over the phone.
If you would like to return your MedCline:
Step 1: Call us at 800-610-1607.
Step 2: Complete and return a MedCline Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form (via email or on the phone) so we can document the reason for your return.
Step 3: We will email you a prepaid return mailing address label. We can also mail the label via USPS, if preferred.
Step 4: Put the entire MedCline (Reflux Relief System or Advanced Positioning Wedge) back in the original box, affix the mailing label, and take to a FedEx drop off location or call FedEx for a pick up. If you do not have the original MedCline box, please call us for other mailing options.
Please note: To honor your return request, we need to receive your return back to our facility within 30 days of receiving the return address label. We are unable to refund returns received after this time period has expired.
Step 5: Once your returned MedCline is received, we will provide you with a refund for the original purchase price, minus a 10% for disposal, as required by California state law*.
*According to California State Law, once the MedCline box is opened (original seal broken), we are unable to resell the unit and it will need to be properly disposed of.
Please note: Extra covers for the Advanced Positioning Wedge or Therapeutic Body Pillow purchased from www.medcline.com CANNOT be returned once opened. Refunds are only available for these extra covers when returned unopened in the original packaging and box. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping for unopened covers.
MedCline Therapeutic Body Pillow
When purchased alone, the MedCline Therapeutic Body Pillow can be returned within 60 days of the purchase date. Since the MedCline Therapeutic Body Pillow is compressed for shipping, it cannot be returned in its original box. Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping cost of sending the body pillow back to Amenity Health. To initiate a return, please call us at 800-610-1607.
